    • $30.00 per 15 minutes after the first hour.

    • $30.00 per 15 mins after the first 30 mins.

    • On labour for software issues. Hardware diagnosis or third-party costs excluded.

  • Our on-site technician costs $139.00 for the first hour, and most jobs are completed within the hour. If it takes a little longer, please refer to our rates.

  • We will assess the computer in the first 15 minutes and give you an estimate on the time frame. Some computers are trickier than others.

  • Absolutely, we offer remote support for minor issues. We might ask you for a few details and if its determined it can be fixed remotely, we might suggest this.

  • We service major brands, including Samsung, Toshiba, Acer, Asus, HP, Apple, Lenovo, and Microsoft.
